How do you deal with "hidden factories" ?
One thing that is happening to me lately, is that when I set out to do a task, there are often times many other things I did not take into account. Sometimes I may not have even planned the task/event at all, but it was very important to do in that moment. Now obviously, one cannot predict with total certainty everything that would need to be done in a day, but I am watching and observing the impact this has on my time and energy.
How to deal with these "hidden factories" that pop up during the day ?

Mark, what is your daily schedule like?
And how do you go about planning your day. Please break down yesterday hour by hour, so I can understand with a concrete example.

How do I make sure the time it will take to do all my Daily Targets won't exceed the amount of time that I have to work on them?
Some mornings are tough so I don't get to Start my Day until later in the day. I won't have time to do everything I need to so... what's a good way to track the amount of time my tasks will take so I can prioritize intelligently at that point? (And even what Start My Day happens first thing in the morning, is there a good way to determine how long a task will take, and how to prioritize well?)

What if you don't know what the next steps are to reach one of your goals?
You may be working on a goal, but get to a point where you don't know the next steps. You don't know where to go or who to turn to. You've done what you know, and yet, you haven't reached your goal. Maybe you're unsure why you haven't met your goal.

Suggestions for the Simpleology Daily webcast...
Hi Mark,
I thinks it's a good idea in principle but the issue with a live event is differing time zones.
Here in the UK I'm unlikely to tune into a live one as it would be the evening and no the start of my day.
How about a pre recorded series that compliments the start my day process so people get added value or a thought/feature for the day right at the beginning before embarking on the SMD process?
If you have the video and then a comment box directly below, maybe live text stream for current viewers, people…

Would it be more productive to do these webcasts once a week and answer 3 questions?
This isn't a question so much as a suggestion. I think, if people are busy and productive (which is your aim ;-) ), coming to the webcast every day might be too much.
Would it be better to have a weekly webcast of half an hour, say, on a Monday (to start the week off) or a Wednesday (to get over the hump) where you answer 3 questions instead of one?
As a more of a special event people will be more likely to break their usual schedule to attend it.
Let the community vote! :-) (I'd prefer it)
Regards.

Is there a productive reason for Simpleology comments being indexed by Google and by the others? :-y
Just curious. I'd rather have a choice in the matter.

How to pass the fences? Procastination could be because we are critical until perfection.
On some project, we plan and rectify and pospon until ready, until something is confirmed...but the core issue is ..we are never feeling perfect and don´t get public...don´t pass the fence and act as an amateur ..which is needed to then practice and practice to get professional. Please help

Can we use productivity to increase virtue?
It seems that there ought to be a way in which being more productive make us better people, which in turns makes us more productive, and so on. But could you turn this into a concrete plan?
