How to integrate the pain & pleasure principle in order to avoid procrastination?
It's really difficult to motivate myself when i'm not under stress, and most of the time I procrastinate... and then the regret.

Hey Dale, great question ... since we're closing the Ask Mark project I'm going to answer all of these questions via text before shutting it down.
As for your question ...
Here are the best methods I know of to eliminate procrastination:
1. Block Procrastination Sources
Get everything out of your way that can cause procrastination. Phones, shiny objects of all sorts, distracting websites (use the Simpleology Browser Add-on for Chrome to block these types of sites).
2. Stay Focused
The above add-on can also keep your current Daily Target at the top of your browser at all times.
3. Use Passion
If you're not doing something you're genuinely excited about - I mean genuinely inherently excited, meaning you'd do it whether you were paid to or not - then it's always going to be a challenge to stay motivated.
4. Do "Start My Day" every day.
It's designed to eliminate most of the major causes or procrastination.
Play with those ideas and see what happens.
Hope that helps.
