Mark, what is your daily schedule like?
And how do you go about planning your day. Please break down yesterday hour by hour, so I can understand with a concrete example.

Hey there ... since we're closing the Ask Mark project I'm going to answer all of these questions via text before shutting it down.
As for your question ...
My routine is constantly evolving and changing, but here is a good template to start with. My days are based on some analog of this (I may work out in the AM or PM ... I may end up writing really late if I'm working on a book ... it just depends ... be flexible based on your current needs)
6AM - get up drink water, go to gym immediately
7:00ish - shower breakfast etc (have breakfast and preferably all daily meals planned and prepared the day before if possible so you are eating right ... be sure to have your first meal immediately after your workout)
8:00ish - do first round of Start My Day (I keep this one light and easy so I can knock it all out before my first meeting)
10:00ish - scrum with team
10:30ish - another round of Start My Day
and then it's all flexible from here ... I use the Simpleology Browser Add-On for chrome to keep me focused, block distracting sites, etc ... and then I use Wimiki to remind me when to eat, drink water, etc ...
End of Day:
- review my larger plans
- plan next day
- prepare meals and water for next day
etcI try to get at least a couple hours of fun stuff in there each day like music, reading, or just chilling with family and friends ... it's essential.
Hope that helps! That kind of routine serves me really well.
I also do a relaxation technique called Autogenics at least once a day.
