What are your favorite energy hacks when hitting a wall of mental fatigue?

Hey there ... since we're closing the Ask Mark project I'm going to answer all of these questions via text before shutting it down.
As for your question ...
1. Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Water, Sunlight
If you don't have all of this straight, attempting to recapture your energy is going to be a losing battle.
2. Relaxation
Use a tool like "Autogenics" to keep yourself calm and level. Freaking out all the time is the 2nd biggest energy suck next to all of the physical stuff above. Do it for around 5 minutes once or twice a day. There are many good resources on this technique. It's very simple - don't overcomplicate it - and follow the difficulty progressions as directed. I teach this to everyone including my team.
