  1. Enter daily target directly into daily target's list.

Without having to go back to Start My Day… just create a new Daily Target right into the list.

  2. Recurring Tasks should appear on Daily Targets automatically without having to move them from another list

I'm fairly new to the habit of using Simpleology on a daily basis. I thought that when I set a "recurring" task, it would appear on my daily targets, but it doesn't… it goes to another list and I have to set it again. Please, make recurring tasks to appear automatically on My Daily Targets… Thanks.

  3. Ability to Enter Estimated Durations for each Task

And ability to see total estimated duration/time for all Daily Targets so you can determine if not enough hours in the day etc.

  4. 20 days of white belt training is waaaaaay too long. The only reason I am still doing it is because I want to see what's next.

20 days of white belt training is waaaaaay too long. The only reason I am still doing it is because I want to see what's next but I am very close to giving up on the training. This is very inefficient. Doubt if I will finish the training if the other belts take this long.

  6. I need a quick way to add something to the to daily targets post brainstorming. Everything you listed that I could find doesn't work

I tried entering it in dream catcher, nope. It's not something that would be recurring to put in an engine This happens to me a lot as someone called and I need to add to my list or my coffee wasn't strong enough and I missed it. Thanks, p.s.. I love seeing my list at the end of the day at the bottom of the page complete (competitive nature in me) and when I don't get to add what ELSE I accomplished, it kind of hurt. lol

  7. Create a simpleology widget

I suggest creating 2 separate widgets for android phones. The first widget will be for daily targets that you can put on the home screen of your phone that you can see at a glance.

The second widget is for a dreamcatcher that you can also place on your homescreen and have access to at a moment's notice.

  8. Stephen Covey's time management matrix

Integrating Stephen Covey's Important/Not Important, Urgent/Not Urgent parameters.

For example, in Daily Targets tab. Or as an add-on to Hi-Me-ScoringSheet.

  10. Adjust lists to view more than 30 items at once.

Adjust lists to view more than 30 items at once.

My recurring tasks list is long (multiple pages, way over 30 items) and I want to organize the recurring task by tabs or projects, but cannot figure out a way to do this. If I could see all the items on one page, I could drag and drop them to organize the,.

  11. tracker

As a Kankyo Kaizen hack for the tracker, the tracker should allow a default for the date range. Repeatedly having to set this value everytime one looks at a tracker is extremely inefficient. When multiplied by the number of trackers people use that need a different view than the last 14 days, the amount of time becomes substantial.

For example, who wants to view a weight tracking chart on a 14 day scale. That would typically be only 2 measurements. Most would want a default of 3 months or greater.

  12. Include A My Journal section alongside My Day, My Life, My Training

Writing in a journal helps bring clarity to a lot of situations and somehow helps sift through confusion. That's my experience anyway. The DTP does a great job with ideas, I think A My Journal section would help flesh out and bring to mind the really good ideas . I already use a journal quite a bit and it would be super to drop a good idea into the Dream Catcher. Of course access to the Journal should only be for the writer of the journal.

  13. Move items to or within a project as a task or subtask

Maybe there's already a way to do this since it seems to be a basic feature. But I don't see a way to move an item to a project as a task in an already existing card. Or even to move a task from one card to another card. It seems strange to me that we would only be able to move items to a project or within a project as a card. Many items really are just tasks that don't need an entire card dedicated to them. And many of them belong in cards that are already in the…

  14. Streamline calendar entries in Google Calendar

    1) Have an option for the "minute" slider to have 1 minute, 5 minute, 15 minute, and/or 30 minute resolution. For example, I am never going to have a 29 minute meeting - it will always be 15 or 30 minutes. So there is no need for the slider to have all those intermediate values. This would make data entry faster.

    2) Even better, have 5/10/15/20/30/45/60 minute "meeting duration" buttons on the START TIME entry screen. So I can click on "start time", select the start time, click "20 minutes", and add a 20 minute meeting starting at that time.…

  15. It would be helpful to have a rewind and fast forward in the videos. It Saves time to go back to the item instead of watch it all over again

If I am confused about what was said. I do not need to watch the whole video again. I only need to rewind a tiny bit to hear it again. ALSO: I would like to be able to SPEED UP the Videos so I can get through them more quickly. Both of these items are TIME SAVERS. It would make the Learning Process More SIMPLE!

  16. Allow to put more than 1 label / tag per task

Tasks should have the capability of having more than one label. It will help with sorting and planning the day.

  18. Add a timer and time allocation to tasks/targets

To assign time blocks to tasks, ie 5min, 15min, 30min, 1hr, 2hrs etc so we can estimate time needed for the day. A countdown timer would also be cool when we start a task/target so we dont get caught up wasting time. This creates a sense of urgency

  20. Systems Trigger To Another System
