In https://my.simpleology.com/#systems the audio sounds like it was recorded via the telephone, very metallic and weak, and then, after 15 seconds a background music is heard, and it masks the talking...

Comprehensive search to search all nooks and crannies such as sublists, projects, etc.
According to tech support:
"Currently, the search feature only searches for list items and omits any search of projects, cards, or comments."
Sublists are also omitted. I am trying to eliminate do it later and instead put everything into various projects, and now it is difficult to find much of my information.

At any point in start my day you should be able to add items to the list you're working on

Accomplishments list
I've done 745 tasks using Simpleology to date. Since all tasks are categorized, it's important to know and report to clients what I've accomplished on their accounts. Having an Accomplishments list will allow me to enter a date range, sort tasks by category, and report accomplishments. Presto!

Add feature where you can check a box and same email for contact be used for Simpleology email OR at minimum auto add simpleology email.

Have a subtask total instead of an icon to see at a glance if anything is left to do
If a task has several subtasks, currently you open the task to see what is left to action. Having a total visible instead of the blue icon would be clearer and more efficient. Example 3/10

Complete Refresh of the UI / UX of the site - Up to current
I love Simpleology. It needs to be brought up to current User Interface and User Experience Standards. The functions would largely be the same, but the icons and font sizes and color schemes and all of the basic design elements need a refresh so more people will be able to use it.

Add the ability to assign tasks to yourself in Simpleology Projects
As a shortcut, it would be great if I could just click on the "Move to today's targets" and not have to assign/delegate task to myself. The target icon is "greyed" out.

Dreamcatcher to email, text messages, customer service request, etc.
Many times, I don't want to send directly to any of these places. I'd like to capture a thought on my phone (which i use sparingly) then when I'm back home, I can tweak and then send to e-mail, text or to you guys!

Allow setting personal work times
The Simpleology time doesn't correspond to my local time. When I start a new day, Simpleology is still in the previous and doesn't let me progress accordingly. I have to wait two days to work with it again. And additionally, I have shifted working day. So, it'll be convenient, if I could mark the beginning and end of my working day as I go through it. Thank you!

Create Rollback Feature for Tasks and Projects That Lose Date
Sometimes data is lost. I have had tasks with a significant amount of notes in the comments suddenly disappear. A rollback feature on the tasks would be useful.

On the Trackers Module For Time Measurement Allow for Hours Minutes and Seconds -
When you select the minutes as the tracker it only does whole digits. Right now I'd like to use the trackers to time my mile run. With the whole number I'm not able to put in my exact run time.

Categories for Deliberate
I have a list in my Start My Day of tips for using Instagram. I'd like to get them out of the Start My Day List and quit marking them "Deliberate".
It would be great to have a category to slide them into and I'll study and implement the ideas when I can.
Presently it's redundant to keep marking "Deliberate.'
Since I'm orienting myselt to Simpleology, a feature may be here to address this. If so, please advise. Thank you1 vote -
Import calendar
I'm working with Google Calendar for nearly 10 years now, and have A LOT of information there, which I constantly need.
The fact that I cannot import this to Simpleology is the reason I don't even try to work with Simpleology.1 vote -
delegate send out to a whatsapp
please allow delegate to send out to a phone number for whatsapp . My team doesn't do much email (younger international crowd) and whatsapp is how we communicate and keep track. Would love to be able to delegate but sending emails just isn't working.

adding tasks from the projects directly into daily targets
From within my project, I want to quickly add certain tasks to daily targets. so I can just get on with what needs to be done. Otherwise having to look into projects to find the tasks would take that much more time.
