  3. Lockbox: categories drop-down menu

Categories can be created to group items in the Lockbox.

Once these categories created, we can associate each task to a relevant category.

For that, we use a drop-down menu containing the categories titles.

Sorting the items of that menu by alphabetical order would be more handy.

  4. The new "Tracker" also becomes a step in the "Start my Day" process.

Add the "Tracker" to the Simpleology "Start my Day" process... making 1 of the steps to do each day become "Update your tracker."

Only by keeping the trackers updated in real time can we hope to change our behaviors and see where we can improve. Daily update option will help us to remember to update on going.

  5. Manager's view of staff daily targets to help with leveraging and team accountablilty

I was hoping/suggesting that the software would allow a group of employees in a department to be able to view the DTP of their coworkers. This would make target leveraging/followup during DTP considerably easier and more transparent for me as a department leader and make it easier for me to justify the expenditure related to implementation and training of my office staff in the software. I would think that there would have to be a "public/private" option though in order for this sharing mechanism to work since not all items entered into DTP are related to office objectives and those…

  6. Ability to prioritise and sort daily targets via the HI-ME system explained by Mark

http://www.simpleology.com/blog/2011/11/the-most-scientific-prioritization-method-ever-and-the-new-enhanced-daily-targets-tab.html Here Mark explains what he calls "the most scientific prioritization method ever"... I think it would be amazing to have this as an option within the software system to be able to prioritise our daily targets

  7. Fill in gaps to have Simpleology be a more perfect implementation of David Allen's Getting Things Done methodology. It's so close already!

You've already got some very close mappnigs: Dreamcatcher is the universal inbox. You have four of the six needed output lists with fantastic monitoring
Project list - Mental Lockbox? (needs a space for a next action that will push itself into start my day)
someday maybe list - is partially implemented in the Mental Lockbox but no real way to distinguish it from active projects
Waiting for- is the delegation station. i'd love it to remind me to follow up without my having to look.
    Calendar - Done already.
Next action to do list is the Daily Targets (beautifully done)…

  8. Save The Reordering of Daily Tasks

I often reorder my daily targets as I go through them and prioritize them. Since your recent update, it seems that whenever the page refreshes the daily tasks revert to some arbitrary ordering, and I have to go through them again. It would be great if the ordering would save. Also, after going through the Daily Target Praxis it would be great if "new" tasks and "old" tasks stayed together rather than being randomly mixed amongst each other.

  9. Provide an ability to enter optional due date in dream capture

The ability to add a date after an item is in the Mental Lockbox is great. However, often one knows the due date when either entering it in dream capture or entering it during Daily Target Praxis. It should not be mandatory since often the date isn't known and the idea just needs to be flushed out of the mental forefront. However, other times the due date is known and waiting until it appears in the mental lockbox and evaluated later is not as Simple.

  10. On Observation Log show an indicator of whether item is a leech or booster

On the webcockpit 1.0 and 2.0 there was an indicator of whether an observation was of a leech or booster using plus or minus symbols.

In Webcockpit 3.0 that seems to have been removed so that all observations are placed in the log and there is no visual clue (besides reading the text, which assumes it was written in such a way to reveal this) whether or not it is a leech or a boost.

Please return the plus/minus icon to observation log entries.

    Thanks.

  11. Ability to move LockBox items to Ultimate Life Be/Do/Have categories or as items in backward planner of existing ultimate life goals

My mental lock box keeps getting clogged up, so like a lot of people I periodically review it and delete no longer relevant items.
But what I also find is some of these items need to be transferred to the Ultimate Life section, either as new Be/Do/Have goals, or added to an existing, but not currently in focus, item. It would be really useful if there was a way to move items from the Lock Box into the Ultimate Life, or add to an existing ultimate life goal as a step in the backward planner. Currently it's a lot of…

  12. Implement a way to input and track unexpected "sub-tasks" that inevitably arise (i.e. fractalplanner.com)

Many times, the tasks in the Daily Targets end up taking far more steps than you'd expect. This happens almost every day with little unexpected things making even simple tasks take much longer. This function would enable us to break down tasks into sub-tasks. This would prevent frustration, procrastination and resistance that often accompanies such unexpected interference, and stops us from completing our tasks. It provides additional clarity and impetus to keep moving forward on our goals versus feeling stuck, confused or overwhelmed.

  13. Automatic new "Start My Day" from 12 PM in the night

So you can start your new day how late or early you want every day, and don't have to wait 24 hours every time, so that once you sleep out one day, you don't have to sleep out for the rest of your life because you have to wait 24 hours for the next day on simpleology every time.

  15. Make it simpler.

Good basic Idea, but way too complicated and that makes it take too long.

  16. Have Tasks Retain Their Entry Position

New tasks entered appear randomly placed in the task list where there are already entries from the day before, or where tasks haven't been completed. Have them appear at the top of the task list until moved etc, as previous version.

  17. Retain Orginal Task Dates

Latest version changes dates of older tasks to today's date. Prefer original dates to be retained as it was over the past 5 years.

  18. Coding of DB and htm-page(s)

I would greatly appreciate the Dbase coding to be utf-8 (which it seems to be) and also the page(s) displaying the proper html-entity rather something like "ß"

  19. Get rid of Flash and embrace HTML5.

This will negate the need for specific apps--making the site accessible to iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.

  20. A help section that exactly explains how to use the software

Sometimes the Simpleology website makes me crazy. I would like things explained in a simple manner so I don't have to trial and error my way through things. The knowledge base is no help. Simpleology needs a help function!
