Excellent idea. Would also really help you re-think your daily targets in terms of further dumping and mental-lockbox'ing. I also agree with Mark Jones' point about making the functionality optional.

Great idea. I would love to see this added to the Daily Target list. It could be done by adding the Impact, Ease, and Total columns at the end of the current list. The Total column would be auto-calculated. The the user could click a button to auto-sort it according to Total.
I would just also add a button for people to hide/show the additional columns just to keep the interface simple for general use and for those don't want to use HI-ME.
