Get rid of Flash and embrace HTML5.
This will negate the need for specific apps--making the site accessible to iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.

Legacy users who access our videos use flash, but the new application (relevant to all new users) is totally flash-free! Enjoy :-)

Admin, it does for me. The priority, I think, is making the My Day and My Life processes accessible on a smartphone / tablet as they are the most mobile parts of the WebCockpit.
Watching the courseware on smartphones / tablets would be nice too but not as important as most people will also have a flash-enabled computer to use and studying the courseware can be done any time of day.
Migrating fully to HTML5 video would be good anyway, as I think more people will start relying solely on smartphones / tablets rather than full PCs.

Hey, do you mean flash for the application itself, or for the videos? The application is now totally flash-free ... please let us know if this satisfies this request.
