Deciding “what to build next” is hard. Your voice is the most important element of our decision process. Don’t be shy – tell us what you want. But please look for the feature you want first, and if it’s already there, cast your vote. If not, start a new topic.

How can we improve Simpleology?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Allow reclassification of delegated tasks

    Once a task has been delegated, it is not possible to "undelegate" it.

    It would be nice to be able to move a task back to "do it" status without having to delete and recreate the item.

  3. Dashboard for managing color labels saves time!

    I don't know about you, but I often loose time trying to change & update my existing labels, without deleting the on existing to-do's. What can help: a dashboard for managing all your labels, where you can change (1) the order of appearance (2) names and (3) colors - without having to delete them - with maybe even some additional cool features you guys think of.

  4. Ability to Edit entries in Stuff I want - make corrections etc

    Hi,
    This is a suggestion for an improvement in lists, specifically "Stuff I Want".

    I would like to be able to edit list entries. Sometimes (often?) I want to reword what I want, or correct spelling, or simplify, or expand.
    Ideally I could edit inplace or via a menu entry - similar to calling up the backward planner.

    I realize that a work around is to make the list item a major focus and then edit the major focus and the "Stuff I Want" list item is updated as well. It's just awkward, and it means replacing my major focus…

  6. Account Management Online Interface

    Someone posted this before, but it was marked completed with just a link to a way to request information via (essentially) email. THIS IS A NON-ANSWER, and almost insulting.

    A proper online billing interface should AT LEAST allow us to immediately see our billing & purchase history on the page. This is basic stuff for the internet.

  8. Button-link access to Post and/or Read Support "Tickets"

    It SHOULD be very Easy to Submit a Help/Support Request/"Ticket" and to Find/see the current status (pending) or Response.

  10. Daily Targets: When list is more than 30 items, allow page 2 items to move to pg1

    When adding quick items (on the right) to go directly to Daily Targets, it's always placed at the end of the list - which is fine. But if there are items on page 2, and this new item takes immediate priority - it can't be placed on top of the list on page 1.
    As a matter of fact, nothing on page 2 can be moved to page 1.
    This is a very necessary feature (wonder why it's not already possible).
    Kinda like how Netflix's DVD queue allows a choice to be moved to #1

  11. SENDING PEOPLE AN E-MAIL WHEN YOU SWITCH THEM TO PAID MEMBERSHIP!!!

    I have not got an e-mail that gives me a choice to proceed to paid membership or to end right there when the free trial ends. I WANT MY MEMBERSIP CANCELLED NOW

    It would be great to keep track of when I completed each task. Add a date feature to the free version for tasks completed.

  13. archive tasks completed in lists

    It would be great to be able to archive completed tasks in lists like we can archive from the Daily Planner. The only option is to delete them and without deleting the tasks when they are complete it's sometimes hard to reorder tasks if the list is too long.

  15. The Monthly Brainstorm, The Weekly Brainstorm, The Morning Brainstorm

    It would be awesome do have a "larger" brainstorm session within the system to create monthly and weekly goals/targets. That way we could set reminders to the date we have set to have the new month or new week start and bulk together tasks etc. I don't think I have to explain more because you get the idea. It would be a great way to zoom out and see the bigger picture and to create the perfect productive Month, week and days !

  16. Seek (fast forward and rewind) in videos

    I was told that it is intentional that you can't seek in a video. Brilliant. On the contrary, 99% of Internet videos you can seek inside, including all kinds of learning stuff.

    Consider this:
    - There are many here whose native tongue is not English
    - Even if your native tongue is English, you may not be a computer/internet wizard, or simply you didn't hear or understand one part correctly, you get the idea.
    Does that make sense?

    I personally find not being able to seek inside the video a major annoyance. How do you feel about it?

  17. You can seperate the Dreams catcher and daily Target into Day by day to Follow and Check it

    I want to see My different Targets of Daily Dreams in my Following Archives or Libraries in Seperated Sequently days as a Done-list in my Calendar

  19. Make Simpleology Website Mobile Responsive, including All Videos

    I get that there's a mobile app, but a lot seems to be missing from it and it is mobile friendly, but mobile responsive websites are now expected at this point in time.

    Also, some of the videos work on iOS (example: White Belt Training) and some don't (example: Juggernaut Academy).

    I know this is a huge undertaking for a site as complex as this one, but I think it's also that important considering a high percentage of people use mobile devices to access the internet for on-the-go business/life.
