Auto-archive of completed tasks
When I check an item as completed from my daily targets, I would like to be able to have it go directly to the archive. (This could be selectable as a setting rather than a default.) This would save me the step of needing to then hit the archive button at the bottom. I would at least like there not to be an 'are you sure' confirmation pop-up when I archive items.

when using multiple computers, my training is not at the same levels on each computer
You are probably using cookies on a browser to track training modules. But when using multiple computers, cookie tracking does no good, sometimes its 2 or 3 training sessions behind because of different computer usage. Training sessions should be tracked with email or login information and not cookies. Thanks.

A facility to mark a task that you are unable to do because some else needs to do their part and you have to wait for this to happen.
Sometimes you go to do something on your list and can't because of outside circumstances e.g. web site down, person not available. You have to wait for someone else to reply or a web site to be fixed. I would like to mark a task and keep it in my targets but know that I am waiting for things to change. I want to record that I have completed my targets.

Schedule It: Time select slider would be faster to use in 5 minute increments.
When selecting a date and time for adding items to your calendar, the slider is in 1 minute increments and there are no graduated markings next to the slider to tell where to stop for 15, 30, 45, etc. I mostly put things in my calendar in 30 minute increments, and sometimes in 15 or 10 minute increments, but never more granularly (new word?) than 5 minute increments.
1) add an option for 5 minute increments (and maybe 10 or 15).
2) add graduated minute markings. If Simpleology could read the data from my Google calendar, it could shade the…

Remember if I want to Archive or Delete completed targets
Concerning the radio buttons 'Send to archived tasks' and 'Delete completed' on the Daily Targets page: I always choose the same (delete). Would be more user friendly if the system could remember my preference, so I only need to click the Clear Completed Targets button at the end of the day, instead of always having to tick the same radio button first.

Create a Task WITH Sub-Tasks through all the Dreamcatchers
When adding a task to the dreamcatcher you will also be able to set sub-tasks on it as well.
A possible way to achieve this simply would be to designate a keyboard character that tells the system "Everything after this character is a subtask of the initial request."
Example: I put into my dream catcher (or text to dreamcatcher or browser to dreamcatcher) the following: "Task 1/SubTask A/Subtask B" - The "/" character would make it so that "SubTask A" and "SubTask B" are put within "Task 1".

A cheat-sheet page with instruction on how to turn add'l features on/off
As we go thru the belts, things get added to my start my day, and not all of them are really necessary or wanted, but show up anyway. An easy reference to how to remove them (and bring them back if I decide later I want them) would be great.

Option to stay logged in forever
I see other posts here asking for this and you guys say it should be resolved. However the reality is that I still get logged out automatically after long periods of inactivity, or when I close the browser. I am using the latest version of Chrome on Linux (xUbuntu) and Windows 7. Same issue on both computers.

On the Do it Later list, I'd like to see the reminder dates in a column (like in the Start my Day)
This would be much easier to scan than the current method of opening up each Do it Later item to see what date you set for it.

dream catcher app in menu bar for mac
Dream catcher in the menu bar, so you can click on it and write and add to your dream catcher vs going to your browser every time or scrambling for your phone.

Add "average" and "ideal target" lines to tracker charts
There's two ideas here but they could easily be implemented together.
1) Add an option box on tracker charts which, when selected, will draw an average line through the tracker charts; if current year is selected, it will be average for current year; if current month is selected, it will be average for current month, etc. Also display the average as a number somewhere on the chart.
The advantage of this is that, particularly when chart entries are erratic, we can better measure improvements over time using custom date ranges.
2) Add an option on creating/editing a tracker to provide…

Integration With Calender, Timer & Reminder
I want a timer for each task, and I want a notification via MOBILE or via an app where my smart phone buzzes to tell me the task time is over and to move on to the next task.

Date entry shortcut like Outlook.
Date entry shortcut like Outlook. In Outlook, there is a cool feature that I hope would work for Simpleology. In the date entry field, you can type 10d and it automatically calculates 10 days from today, or 2m to get 2 months from today. For me, that's much quicker than calculating and finding a date on the calendar (since I am a keyboard person rather than a mouse person)

Improve Sorting by HIME
The daily tasks that are not done one day go to the next day, but they need to be categorized again as HIME.
Idea: old tasks should maintain the old HIME priorization2 votes -
When delegating a task, provide option to retain own copy of the task
Sometimes you want to work on a task together with someone (like both of you read a book). If you write a task and delegate it to someone else, you may wish to retain the task yourself so that you can also work on it.

List sorting: sometimes I enter items 2 times and it's a pain to figure out when this is happening
If we could simply sort the lists on the dream catcher, start my day, do it later this would save a lot of time.
Especially as these lists get bigger and bigger.
For example the do it later is very large and there is no simple way to identify if i've already added an item to that list so there are duplicates..1 vote
