Simpleology
Deciding “what to build next” is hard. Your voice is the most important element of our decision process. Don’t be shy – tell us what you want. But please look for the feature you want first, and if it’s already there, cast your vote. If not, start a new topic.

Remove limit of 100 items in DreamCatcher
I found this 'feature' when I had entered a bunch of stuff using the Chrome add-in one night and noticed they weren't there in my DC the next morning..
I initially thought it was a 'feature' with the Chrome add-in and entered a Support request, but then noticed that they all showed up later in the day (notably, after I had gone through my DC and deleted some items).. So the response I got from tech support was "It might have been a connection issue or a temporary system glitch." -- ok, I accepted that answer because my items showed…

Using the 'Why' as a driving force
I assume you guys know Anthony Robbins 'Time of your life' (http://www.tonyrobbins.com/products/time-life-management/time-of-your-life/)
It's a GREAT course and I would love to see some of his ideas implemented. Especially the 'chunking' part, The 'Using your why as a driving force'.
Also it would be nice if we could have a little journal (timeline) where we could send important milestones so we could celebrate our progress. Would be nice if some daily targets could prompt the journal and thus encourage us to write a small entry where we document our progress. If you are not familiar with the course I'd…

is there a 'Journal' feature so you can add things that you do, as they are worked on. Letters done, phone calls in, etc.addedas they happen
This feature would allow you to keep a real time record of tasks worked on, start/stop times, etc. This could be used as a record to bill accounts, etc. It could co-ordinate with the Journal in Outlook.

Print out "Major Focus" lists
I'd like to be able to print out my "Major Focus" lists. For a variety of reasons, I think that would be a useful feature. TY!

add some basic instructions or training about all simpleology features that is accessible immediately.
add some basic instructions or training about all simpleology training. It seems that I can't learn about the Project function, for example, without going through months of daily trainings? I agree with reinforcing habits, but I also agree with letting people explore and learn at their own pace.

Integration with Salesforce would be GREAT
I cannot change that I must log information in Salesforce, and I love the Simpleology interface and usability. If you could have tasks from the task list sync to Salesforce, that would be great!

Separate start my day
Have a separate start my day where you can have the option of only looking at the target you are working on in the moment. When that is finished you clicked finished and the next target will appear. Kind of like the texting feature.

Agile burn-up and burn-down charts for projects
Might require some additional project data than currently available to work, like project start and end date, but you already have charts in other Simpleology modules so maybe it's not too much work to do this. :-)
I've found these very useful in other kanban style project management tools for retrospectives and helping to make team work more efficient. With this I'd feel comfortable moving all project work to Simpleology but without it, for some bigger projects, I still might feel tempted to use another tool.
Thanks.

Delegate a task to more than one person
There are scenarios where you'd like to delegate a task to more than one person e.g. get two team members working together on the same problem, XP pair programming, etc.
To avoid the obvious problem, the task is only marked complete for the delegator when both delegatees mark it complete (or otherwise leave it to the delegatees to decide and one of them marks it complete for both).
Perhaps these can be achieved by using a kanban card for the whole task but this doesn't always fit in with how the project admin wishes to scope his/her tasks and there…

Have a numbering system so we can prioritize the "Daily Tasks".
Every time I look at my Daily Tasks I have to read ALL of them to decide which one I do next. With a numbering system I would only have to look for #1, #2, etc. Being able to rearrange the numbers (if necessary) would be great as well.

Allow non-simpleology users to see a delegated task in the email they receive
I know it is a for profit business and if you allowed users to delegate tasks to non-simpleology users and those people could actually see the delegated task, it would give them more incentive to possibly sign up. In addition, you could let them see the task in the email and if they click on it for "more info" it could bring them to a mock page of daily tasks where they can hover over icons and see a description. Of course have a "Sign up now" button as well.

Auto-archive of completed tasks
When I check an item as completed from my daily targets, I would like to be able to have it go directly to the archive. (This could be selectable as a setting rather than a default.) This would save me the step of needing to then hit the archive button at the bottom. I would at least like there not to be an 'are you sure' confirmation pop-up when I archive items.

when using multiple computers, my training is not at the same levels on each computer
You are probably using cookies on a browser to track training modules. But when using multiple computers, cookie tracking does no good, sometimes its 2 or 3 training sessions behind because of different computer usage. Training sessions should be tracked with email or login information and not cookies. Thanks.

A facility to mark a task that you are unable to do because some else needs to do their part and you have to wait for this to happen.
Sometimes you go to do something on your list and can't because of outside circumstances e.g. web site down, person not available. You have to wait for someone else to reply or a web site to be fixed. I would like to mark a task and keep it in my targets but know that I am waiting for things to change. I want to record that I have completed my targets.

Schedule It: Time select slider would be faster to use in 5 minute increments.
When selecting a date and time for adding items to your calendar, the slider is in 1 minute increments and there are no graduated markings next to the slider to tell where to stop for 15, 30, 45, etc. I mostly put things in my calendar in 30 minute increments, and sometimes in 15 or 10 minute increments, but never more granularly (new word?) than 5 minute increments.
1) add an option for 5 minute increments (and maybe 10 or 15).
2) add graduated minute markings. If Simpleology could read the data from my Google calendar, it could shade the…

Remember if I want to Archive or Delete completed targets
Concerning the radio buttons 'Send to archived tasks' and 'Delete completed' on the Daily Targets page: I always choose the same (delete). Would be more user friendly if the system could remember my preference, so I only need to click the Clear Completed Targets button at the end of the day, instead of always having to tick the same radio button first.
