Ability to view all Tasks on all lists in the List View
Being able to set up HIME view on tasks in a list is great. It would be useful though to be able to view and sort on all tasks across all lists on the one screen.
Would highlight which list should be focussed on first to get ultimate maximum HIME.1 vote -
Implement HIME on the Do It Later List
Please make the HIME tool available on Do It Later List so that one can independently examine that list for "Do It" vs. "Dump It" actions. Would also ensure that Do It Later tasks are tackled in a manner that fits the HIME method.

Threaded comment system inside for project cards
The way comments work inside of the cards is messy, especially if you have several users posting about different issues. I need the ability to create a thread for each comment so that we keep the conversation around that topic in one place.

In-app Notification System for Projects
I want to have a notification tab where I can see what updates has been made inside of the project, comments made, cards status updates etc.

Allow multiple comments per task, or allow editing comments
Most task managers that allow comments on a task allow for more than one comment. This is useful for managing a task where multiple people are working, updating a task with new information, and marking down when something has been accomplished on a task. At the very least, we should have the ability to edit existing comments and add new information, correct spelling errors, etc. As it stands, you can add one comment, never edit or change it, and only one person can comment. Comments would be much more useful if you could add more than one.

Make it dyslexia friendly, the colours should be softer and not white background
Colour is energy. if you add more colour harmony to your website this will affect the users motivation and easiness to read and the use of your website.

During Training Videos allow for rewind in case something is missed.Fast forward not necessary.
When watching the Training Videos daily, an important action step or idea may be missed or misunderstood, and not having the ability to Rewind that last bit of information, then having to start all over again without gaining the credit for training already completed during that session seems unreasonable and unproductive. I was on the last video and wanted to see where the "library" icon was and which lesson were suggested to look at early on in the training. I had no option after trying to rewind that part than to X out and begin all over again. Lost Time,…

Ability to Delete an Item After Finding in Search and Sending to Daily Targets
When I search for an item and it's found as a Do It Later, I am able to Send to Daily Targets. The list now has 2 items found as a Do It Later and Daily Target items. I am not able to delete the Do It Later Item. It says it deletes, but it doesn't. If you do a search again, 2 items display, you attempt to delete and it deletes! So there is a work around. Would love to have it delete the first time around.

Allow use of the "Options overlay" in the lists on the dashboard
The dashboard is a superb tool. It would be great to be able to use the Options overlay while staying in the dashboard. Save time and stay focus on the big picture.

'Do it later' lists, with no deadlines/reminders just sit there. Can we sort by assigned category?
I categorise most of my entries, but there seems to be no way to sort/order the 'do it later' list, it seems to be 'date added to do it later' ordered. So most recent last. a sort by date or category would be ace!

Zapier Integration
A number of the requested Integrations and automations could be accomplished if Simpleology created a Zapier connector and clients purchased or had a Zapier account. I realize this is not a trivial task but it would allow for those seeking integration or automation into other products to leverage Simpleology.

Modifying a system while it is active
Currently, if I have an active system and I realise that the system tasks are in the wrong order or I need to add another task (this is likely to happen A LOT), I have to disable/cancel the current running system just so that I can reorder or add new tasks to it. This is very unhelpful and awkward since when I disable a system all the current tasks, whether delegated or or not, are deleted/cancelled.
But I do not want them cancelled - I want myself or others to continue working on them. This greatly interrupts the workflow.

Lists: Comment - "mouse-over" function
When an item on a list has a Comment attached, it would be nice to be able to se this comment, or an extract thereof, with the mouse hovering over the icon. A so-called "mouse-over" function.

Make tasks in projects populate to tasks in daily targets more easily.
Just what it says. I should be able to choose a task in a project and add it seamlessly to my daily targets.

Mobile Friendly Website, or Start My Day on app
The current app is a handy tool but it does not count as a mobile friendly simpleology. I regularly do daily training and start my day from a smart phone and it is a complete pain. Also, doing any kind of sorting in the lists section is nearly impossible. A mobile version of start my day is the essential key to bringing this system and this company to the level required to fulfill the fulfill the needs of the modern person.

Ability to auto-accept delegated tasks
Those working on their own using Simpleology Projects and Systems, must delegate tasks to themselves. However, it does not make sense to delegate a task to yourself and then have the option to decline it. Of course, you will accept it!
Also, there may be scenarios where another delegatee will want to always accept (i.e. you are employee and you do not have the real world option to decline tasks, or for convenience you will always accept tasks and it's easier to not have to go through the additional steps).
To avoid the extra work we should have options somewhere…
