Simpleology

Deciding “what to build next” is hard. Your voice is the most important element of our decision process. Don’t be shy – tell us what you want. But please look for the feature you want first, and if it’s already there, cast your vote. If not, start a new topic.

How can we improve Simpleology?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Ability to set up a time that systems will notify you

    When using systems I would find it beneficial if I could schedule the time that the software would send me my notification. This would help when I am unable to perform said task when the notification comes in ie people sleeping, dark outside, all ready have allocated time slot for other tasks and not by the computer or phone. I like to practice my craft, music, in the evening after supper before 6pm. It would be great if at 5pm I got the notification not at 4 am in the morning. I understand the reasoning for the early morning notifications…

  5. Update iOS App UI

    2021 is coming, the Simpleology Mobile last update was 5 years ago. The UI is too old, it has a black bar on top and bottom. It crashed when we type too fast into the Dream Catcher.

    So I think it's time to update the Mobile App UI.

  7. Audio speed option on the second time around

    I would love if my second time through a course (which I find extremely useful and motivating) it would be really fantastic if I was able to speed up the audio.

  13. Up loaded inspiration and possible divide long term goals into segments to accomplish along the way.

    Have a place in the top center of page to up load Inspirational quotes pictures or videos to help visualize the plan. It could be broken down into steps that once that part is achieved you move on to the next phase of long term plan.

    Ability to drag lists items into sub tasks of other items for easier sorting in Daily targets

  16. Registration-date for a task

    It is nowhere to see when a task have been registered. I found some tasks connected to an e-mail "sent today", but forgot the date it was registered. In these cases it's imposible to find what I'm looking for. It would also be good to see the "age" of the task.

  19. delegation button on quick menue when in advanced mode does not work

    some issues with the delegation module. go to advanced mode and try to delegate. button does not work.
    also, when delegating it does not detect the other team members in Simpleology that you want to delegate to.

    Beginners need a coach or mentor assigned to them for on-baording. Just reaching out to support with a 24 hr turn around to one question is not adequate
