  1. Print out "Major Focus" lists

I'd like to be able to print out my "Major Focus" lists. For a variety of reasons, I think that would be a useful feature. TY!

  2. Schedule It: Time select slider would be faster to use in 5 minute increments.

When selecting a date and time for adding items to your calendar, the slider is in 1 minute increments and there are no graduated markings next to the slider to tell where to stop for 15, 30, 45, etc. I mostly put things in my calendar in 30 minute increments, and sometimes in 15 or 10 minute increments, but never more granularly (new word?) than 5 minute increments.

    1) add an option for 5 minute increments (and maybe 10 or 15).
    2) add graduated minute markings.

If Simpleology could read the data from my Google calendar, it could shade the…

  4. Remember if I want to Archive or Delete completed targets

Concerning the radio buttons 'Send to archived tasks' and 'Delete completed' on the Daily Targets page: I always choose the same (delete). Would be more user friendly if the system could remember my preference, so I only need to click the Clear Completed Targets button at the end of the day, instead of always having to tick the same radio button first.

  5. Have a numbering system so we can prioritize the "Daily Tasks".

Every time I look at my Daily Tasks I have to read ALL of them to decide which one I do next. With a numbering system I would only have to look for #1, #2, etc. Being able to rearrange the numbers (if necessary) would be great as well.

  6. A facility to mark a task that you are unable to do because some else needs to do their part and you have to wait for this to happen.

Sometimes you go to do something on your list and can't because of outside circumstances e.g. web site down, person not available. You have to wait for someone else to reply or a web site to be fixed. I would like to mark a task and keep it in my targets but know that I am waiting for things to change. I want to record that I have completed my targets.

  7. A cheat-sheet page with instruction on how to turn add'l features on/off

As we go thru the belts, things get added to my start my day, and not all of them are really necessary or wanted, but show up anyway. An easy reference to how to remove them (and bring them back if I decide later I want them) would be great.

  8. Integration with Salesforce would be GREAT

I cannot change that I must log information in Salesforce, and I love the Simpleology interface and usability. If you could have tasks from the task list sync to Salesforce, that would be great!

  9. Allow non-simpleology users to see a delegated task in the email they receive

I know it is a for profit business and if you allowed users to delegate tasks to non-simpleology users and those people could actually see the delegated task, it would give them more incentive to possibly sign up. In addition, you could let them see the task in the email and if they click on it for "more info" it could bring them to a mock page of daily tasks where they can hover over icons and see a description. Of course have a "Sign up now" button as well.

  10. Option to stay logged in forever

I see other posts here asking for this and you guys say it should be resolved. However the reality is that I still get logged out automatically after long periods of inactivity, or when I close the browser. I am using the latest version of Chrome on Linux (xUbuntu) and Windows 7. Same issue on both computers.

  13. On the Do it Later list, I'd like to see the reminder dates in a column (like in the Start my Day)

This would be much easier to scan than the current method of opening up each Do it Later item to see what date you set for it.

  15. when using multiple computers, my training is not at the same levels on each computer

You are probably using cookies on a browser to track training modules. But when using multiple computers, cookie tracking does no good, sometimes its 2 or 3 training sessions behind because of different computer usage. Training sessions should be tracked with email or login information and not cookies. Thanks.

  16. Integration With Calender, Timer & Reminder

I want a timer for each task, and I want a notification via MOBILE or via an app where my smart phone buzzes to tell me the task time is over and to move on to the next task.

  17. Run prioritize module OUTSIDE SMD and on filtered daily target lists

It would be awesome if I could run prioritization module (or any SMD module for that matter) on a sub-set or filtered daily target list (or even a list outside the Daily Targets).

I use simpleology in kind of a different way (I assume everyone does)... I mostly use labels as categories on my daily target list to organize my forefront priorities and thoughts. Then I filter to the category I want to work in for that period of time.

So my actual daily target list is really like my sandbox of most important tasks/ideas and I have one category…

  19. Date entry shortcut like Outlook.

Date entry shortcut like Outlook. In Outlook, there is a cool feature that I hope would work for Simpleology. In the date entry field, you can type 10d and it automatically calculates 10 days from today, or 2m to get 2 months from today. For me, that's much quicker than calculating and finding a date on the calendar (since I am a keyboard person rather than a mouse person)

  20. Create a Task WITH Sub-Tasks through all the Dreamcatchers

When adding a task to the dreamcatcher you will also be able to set sub-tasks on it as well.

A possible way to achieve this simply would be to designate a keyboard character that tells the system "Everything after this character is a subtask of the initial request."

Example: I put into my dream catcher (or text to dreamcatcher or browser to dreamcatcher) the following: "Task 1/SubTask A/Subtask B" - The "/" character would make it so that "SubTask A" and "SubTask B" are put within "Task 1".
