ability to sort the delegation station by due date
some delegated items are further out than others. I'd like to sort these so I can see the due dates that are closest to completion by delegated parties on the top of list.

Use Daily Targets To Group Into Tasks & Sub-tasks. Sub-tasks could be moved / edited like Daily Targets.
Currently I use the the Daily Targets to Chunk Ares of my Life - into Routines before work, during work, after work, Business Vision, Income Goals etc etc. I've worked out about a dozen that work for me. Then I use the comments to list any tasks involved, organize and prioritize them. Keeps my interface REALLY organized and useful. Would be great if Daily Targets could have Sub Targets that work the exact same way as the Daily Targets work, that you could edit, enter etc right on the Daily Targets page.

Better sorting options in Mental Lockbox.
Inside Mental Lockbox its very cumbersome to sort, remove, search for items. I have now 78 pages with items and its just painful to go through this information. This part of Simpleology is not effective..
Suggestions:
1) Option to see at least 100 items per page
2) Options to mass remove, mass remind, mass categorize
3) Sorting otions that allow to go to last page, first page and also sort by added date.5 votesenjoy :-)

Delegate tasks should recall previous entries
Step 9: Delegate Tasks should recall recent names and email addresses to make it faster to delegate.
6 votesDelegation is now made easier with the “auto-suggest” feature.
Simply add those you delegate to, to your Simpleology Contacts – https://my.simpleology.com/#contacts
Once your Simpleology Contacts are added, as you begin typing the name or email of the User you want to delegate to, the “auto-suggest” feature will kick in and give you quick and easy options.

more efficiently adding to the list already made instead of having to go all the way back to starting your day over and clicking through all
more efficiently adding to the list already made instead of having to go all the way back to starting your day over and clicking through all the steps all over again, a real waste of time.

Easier editing of tasks, lists, etc
It would be nice if it was possible to edit tasks, lists, etc. by simply clicking on them, instead of choosing the edit-icon. Single-click could allow you to edit and double-click could take you to other pages, as it is now. Some item can't be edited at all (sub-items under lists), but must be deleted and rewritten, which slows down the process. It would be nice with a more streamlined and less time/click-consuming approach to editing in general.
1 voteYou may now Edit a List item by either double-clicking the item text, or right-clicking on the item row and using the menu option ‘Edit’ to enable “edit mode”.

Re-usable List Templates
For the new Lists feature, it would be good to have the ability to create and save a list template so that a list can be created with the same items again without recreating the list each time from scratch.
Example use: At the beginning of every project a list of preparatory steps or at the end of a project to close it out - sort of like a pilot's checklist before take-off / landing, or during emergency procedure.

Add a date input to the tracker.
Last week I was on holiday and away from my computer, I now wish to enter data for last week. However, the entry will get today's date.
3 votesSimpleology Trackers now allow you to input a data point, date, and time.

Tracker list should have a hours or time to measure e.g. sth longer than 60 minutes or a time we wake up.

Simpleology search box
Please consider developing a search box. This would enable users to quickly search all content in their account (especially the mental lockbox).

One click copying of an entire list to the Dream Catcher
I have lists for each day and then individually copy each item to the dream catcher before I start my day. It would be much quicker if I could copy them across all in one go. May not be needed if we could turn a list into a template instead; either would work for me!

Pls stop opening a new TAB/Window when forcing me to sign in again
Many of us like to leave Simple open in the far left tab in our browser.... as a reminder to use it and as a place to go to catch thoughts. If you have logged me out, you open a new tab at the far right when I already have a Simple in my far left tab.

Enable Recurring Tasks Online
While it's great to be able to use the Wimiki alarms to set recurring tasks, and I thank you for your efforts, there are many of us who cannot use the wimiki due to company computer policies. The beauty of the online Daily Tasks is that we can easily take our lists with us and add, delete as we go. And most importantly, there is no software to download.

Carry over Sub-tasks when moved/copied to Dream Catcher or Mental Lock Box
If I can't finish all the sub-tasks in a project in a single day, I may need to move that project to the Dream Catcher or Mental Lock Box to be completed at a later time. Wouldn't it make sense that all the sub-tasks associated with that project should remain attached to it? As it is, if I copy/move a project with Sub-Tasks to the Dream Catcher or Mental Lock Box, the Sub-Tasks get deleted. So when I bring the project out of hiding so I can work on it some more, my sub-tasks are gone and I have to…

Being able to add items from every screen to mental lockbox with reminder date
The new right click menu on daily targets is an incredible tool. It would be very useful to be able to right click on items in the dream catcher, brain dump, and throughout the start my day menu to do the same things - such as add things directly from dream catcher or brain dump to the mental lockbox with a reminder

The New Sub tasks are in the wrong place
This is the proper logic wrt sub tasks. I have projects A B C and each has sub tasks. I should be able to set up Projects and then add sub tasks to each Project. In start my day, I should be able to see my Projects A B C and their sub-tasks, add more sub tasks, and then select which sub-tasks,if any, I will do today from each Project. Thanks.

Option to autopopulate Start My Day with repeating ToDo Items
Certain items need to be done on a schedule. Currently we have to enter it newly everyday. That requires a lot of thought on when to enter it, every week, every months, biweekly, etc. The only current option is to not check the item off the Daily List and have it show up again the next day which is helpful for daily tasks but not tasks that need to be done at longer intervals.
