I think they Black Belt training program was great for the routine ways of using Simpleology, but most great IT tools have a strong and innovative User Group approach. I see some cool ideas from other users when I scroll the feature requests, and I have a feeling we could all learn from each other. If Simpleology created a "space" for the user connection to happen, those who want to learn better ways to use Simpleology could participate, ask questions of each other, show how they use a feature or process, etc. Perhaps we could also have a session or two where each meeting someone could describe a feature that is being considered and people could weigh in on the idea and brainstorm around it. I realize hosting anything live at a specific time is a challenge, but if the idea worked well, it could probably split into a couple of time zones to make it easier to attend.
