How can we improve Simpleology?

  1. Allowing the adding of colorful emojis to Simpleology

    Why don't you consider allowing the adding of colorful emojis to Simpleology? That way, tasks will catch attention more easily, be more memo, and make Simpleology user interface and dashboard more colorful and aesthetically pleasing. That way, users may be more interested as people like colorful things, and may spend more time in Simpleology as a result. Kind regards.

  4. increase subtask depth

    each subtask can and should be broken down into further subtasks - makes planning and thus executing all the components of a task a lot simpler...

  5. During brainstorm, a view of items already set for next three days

    I often double up, triple up as things jump into my mind, I dream catch or brainstorm it again only to find I have already made an entry or two. Just a small view window into what is scheduled for the next day or two would make it all more efficient in my view

  6. Browser add-on to allow us to choose which page to open in new tab.

    I want to use the browser add-on in Chrome; however, every time I go to a new tab, it takes me to the Google home page. I prefer to use the page I have set up as it is essential to my workday. Please allow the browser add-on to allow us to choose which page we go to when we open a new tab.

  7. Kindly add option to edit or permanently delete tracker

    Initially i added some trackers , but now i found i can give them a better name or can delete some. But i don't find any option for the same. Kindly put option for the deleting or editing trackers

  9. Make multiple lists for top , medium , low priority necessary tasks

    i found sometimes we get so many tasks which need to be done or are going on at the same time that it feels difficult to dump them or postpone them, so if we can make lists like ongoing tasks( which may go on for days), top priority tasks, medium priority task, low priority task it may be usefull

  10. Systems tasks - delegation time

    I am based in India, and my "Systems tasks" get delegated to me at precisely 13:46 every day. I would like my systems tasks to be delegated at midnight MY LOCAL TIME, so that when I wake up and do my start my day, the tasks are available to me for the day. If not I have to wait for afternoon 1:36PM for the tasks to be available, and this negates start my day, because I will need to do it again after 1:36 PM.

  11. I would like to jot the Dream Catcher in Android Simpleology App, I thought once there was simpleology app on play store wasn't it?

  12. Time followup

    To the proposed time estimated field I would add another one for the time we have really spent in it so that we can learn to plan better. If this could be somehow linked or integrated into a tracker, the better...

  14. Enable hyperlinks in a task listings.

    I would like to be able to click inside a listed item to:
    - start a program
    - take me to some place on the internet
    - take me to a document stored locally
    - give me the info I need in order to do the work

  18. move items between major focus backward planner lists

    I'd like to move items in the backward planner lists from example 'medium' to 'short'. This is not the same as using the 'stuff I want section as items in the major focus backward planner list do not appear there.

  20. Integrate Pomodoros

    Here's the issue I'm having. My todo list. I'm not sure how long what I have will take. However, if I had the ability to assign how many pomodoros it would take (estimated) I would be able to tell when I have to many todos. This would allow me to pick what was most urgent and schedule, delegate more, or just delete it. It about time estimating and clearing of my plate what I just don't have time for. It brings the same benefit as the dream catcher... The task is off my mind, I don't get tempted to do…
