Have review dates for lists.
Have a review date for each list (as distinct to the items in the list). Allow me to make these repeatable. I would use this to schedule a regular review of a list where I collect all my business ideas. The reminder task would then show up in the plan my day at the appropriate time.

this could be easily implemented in the short term by restoring the url for a list feature which seems to now be missing:
Once this exists you could set up a recurring task with the link to the list. . The item will occur in your review recurring items , allowing you to drill into the list and select items (add to dream catcher)
The same option in a recurring review date item for a list would allow this type of task to be scheduled once per month etc.
