Can someone from customer support please contact me. When I try thru page it says my email is invalid but I can login account. Please help.

I apologise for using this means to contact Simpleology support. I have tried every other way I can think of, including Community etc. Every way blocked me with an error message of invalid email. I can log in and use my account with the email and my password.
