Ability to convert sub tasks to targets
Sometimes you realize that a sub task actually should be a separate target (maybe with its own sub tasks). It would be nice to be able to convert this sub task to a target.

Yes, and vice versa. Sometimes a target ends up being part of a bigger target/project and is better suited in a list of subtasks.
