I like the speed of the interface. Would be nice to have default actions selected when you choose icons (like Delete - Yes as default)
When clicking on icons, like Delete, it would be useful and more efficient to have the positive selection already highlighted so you don't need to mouse over to it to select, but rather can just hit enter.
