Focus on only 3 things? I need to focus on 12!
I'd like to start my day by seeing EVERYTHING i'm working on. Not just one thing.

Focussing on 12 is useful as you may have 12 projects or customers on the go. You may not schedule an action for each, each day or you might. Depends on what you are using major focus areas for.
