WINDOWS 7 Dream Catcher screen is messed up

in windows 7 when i go to dream catcher screen in the pro version, other links display over the existing items onthe screen. definitely not right.

relogged in and it seems a dream catcher filter was being added to the website. now the overlay is gone and the feature is displayed correctly
