Chnge delegation work flow
Up front ask if we regularly delegate. If NOT, don't make us go thru that step on EVERY item. Let us choose delegate as a button later.

I agree! I never have to delegate and very rarely schedule items because I find the scheduling to take too many clicks -- it's much easier to just do it via Google Calendar.

Yes please
Also do the same for schedule (on the rare occasion I need to do this I just add it as a task to do)
