for the time savers, leeches, money savers etc , could you please add initials automatically when we enter the responses
When responding to the observation questions: Time leeches, What could you do to change etc, our responses are stored all jumbled up together, without sense to identify WHAT those responses responed TO, and so lose their power and immediacy as power boosters. TL,MB, etc could be one solution, or coloured stars or whatever, but an immediate identifier will make that system work, truly useful..
