A way to schedule tasks into Simpleology (rather than having to keep track of them somewhere else)
I'd love to be able to just dump everything I've thought of for the next week and then schedule it out to show up in my "must do" list on that scheduled day.
we are marking this as “complete” beause the Mental Lockbox Reminders, Dream Catcher, etc will handle most of what is asked for here – and there are really a dozen or so different ideas represented in all of the comments … if you feel this isn’t correct, please re-post with very specif instructions on what you’d like us to build – then we’ll see how the community responds :-)

As you're going through DTP and you get to the scheduling part, allow scheduling into another day's task list. Say I remember that I need to drop off a package at FedEx on Monday, but it's Saturday. I'll naturally add that to my tasks in my brain dump, but I don't want it to show up in my calendar like an appointment, I want it to show up in my to-do list on Monday.
Basically during the schedule tasks part, include an option with a date. We chose that date and it sets that task to pop up in your task list when that day comes.

I have yet to find the ideal way of scheduling tasks so that the list is always available, flexible and easy to update (removing "DONE" items, reordering priorities, having "unfinished" items roll over each day and resort for priority in the next day's list). It would be basically electronic, but printable, and dieally can be linked to an app for a smartphone so the list can be accessed (and updated) when not at the computer

I like the idea of something that is also like a daily calendar to combine ideas and scheduled events. There could be a colored flag system that puts things like brainstorm ideas or tasks in the proper location as well as on the daily calendar. One place to write everything with a flag system to also put various types of information in the right location.

When I think of things, I like to get them out right away onto a list. I like to schedule them into the appropriate day of the week so I don't have to carry them over from day to day.
In my mind this is the only thing missing from Simpleology.
I like to only put todays tasks on my to do list but the inability to assign shedule tasks within Simpleology means that you end up either with future tasks on todays list or the danger of losing them by taking them out of the system.

It is always easier to go to one place instead of many to find your ideas which pop into your head. Need to make sure that you jot them down right away or you will forget them.

Lockbox somewhat does this but Flexability would allow things like this or in my case setting up everything at night for the next day -- instead of having to do it all on paper as I have done.
