Deciding “what to build next” is hard. Your voice is the most important element of our decision process. Don’t be shy – tell us what you want. But please look for the feature you want first, and if it’s already there, cast your vote. If not, start a new topic.

How can we improve Simpleology?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Incorporate previous Do It Later tasks into Start My Day

    In addition to displaying the unfinished tasks from the previous day, it would be great to see all the things I knew I wouldn't have time to get to, so I can again choose from that list for today.

    To accomplish what you’re asking for, when you move an item to the “Do It Later” list, opt to set a reminder date of when you want to review that item again.

    All items with a reminder date set will appear in Start My Day on or after said date, for you to process.

    For your specific request we recommend you set a reminder date of tomorrow when you move something to “Do It Later”. That way, tomorrow when you perform Start My Day, those items will re-appear for you to process.

  2. Simple way to invite someone to Simpleology

    I would like a feature inside Simpleology that would make it easy for me to send an invitation to Simpleology.
    My preference would be that Simpleology provide a brief one page intro to Simpleology and allow me to add a personal note.
    It should be automatically identified as coming from me.
    Now I just send an email with a link and type out something personal for them.

  3. Allow to go back to the training of a certain belt or even better, a particular day of a certain belt

    Even after I complete training for each belt, I may not use all the good features which are mentioned in the training videos daily. But once a while, I would like to be able to visit the training to re-learn the tricks.

  4. Should be able to make sub-task templates for recurring sub-task lists on various projects

  9. For Realtors

    For the most part what I, and most Realtors need is the ability to create a checklist with the same 25 to do items, over and over again. The kicker is to find a software that will has the ability to preset the number of days each task in your list has before it is due. Instead of individually assigning 25 tasks times the number of files that come across your desk every day. Something that will make this process efficient. All you have to do is slap a name on the checklist, have the ability to add or delete…

  10. to be able to add things to my to do list

    once I've completed my list for the day, I get on with it. However as a consequence there are follow up actions and I'm not able to add them straight to my day's to do list.

  11. I said befor that you need to ad SMS to dream catcher. But you guys are confused that SMS and MMS are not really the same

    Find out the difference between SMS and MMS and ad the function of sending SMS to Dream catcher, because even though you say you have it you do not as you are using MMS.

  12. show rolling last week for trackers

    Currently the default for trackers is to show the current week, which means on Monday only showing one point in the graph. Better would be to show the "last 7 days", so everything from last Tuesday to Monday(if today is Monday), last Wednesday to Tuesday(if today is Tuesday). That way I can see if I'm doing better or worse without having to play around with custom date ranges.

  16. beautiful colors for categories, because I simply can't use it now without them.

    Colors like bright orange, lavendar, lime green, bright pink, bright blue for the categories. If there's no color, I simply will not use a planner.Proven fact.

  19. ability to input emails (or text #'s of assistants etc who we delegate to that will show on a drop down menu when we want to delegate a task

    It is cumbersome to look up and input reoccurring emails for assistants. This would be a great timesaver.

  20. Dream Catcher Window: When I open the Dream Catcher Window the cursor would already be in place so I don't have to take two actions.

    Pretty clear from the basic description...saves a step in every new dream catcher window opening event
