Ability to select Start the week on Monday (or any other day if that is necessary). This feature would make your tool more international.

YES!
Not only do physical day planners come with this option, but many online apps give the option to begin each week with the first day of most people's work week, not in the middle of the weekend! (Other people might have yet a different day starting their workweek.)
Needing to adapt to different systems adds an unnecessary complication & frustration.
