password retrieval
Improve password retrieval response. Each time my password hasn't worked, I've never received a reply from the Simpleology autoresponder after requesting help.

Make passwords sticky. That is, when a person creates a password, make sure the password will work when the person returns to the site. Each time I want to enter my Simpleology account, I have to request assistance because the web site does not recognize my password. When I request a new password, I have not once received a reply to my request. Very irritating.
