The ability to separate Work and Personal.
When I'm at work I want to be looking at work 'stuff' and have the ability to switch to personal or mix both work and personal. Helps the focus.
PS I like the right click option to 'action' stuff - I wish it was more widespread in the systems.5 votes -
Provide the ability to add commentary/detail to the task description being delegated
I often find myself emailing very non descriptive tasks out to others because it's how Iv'e listed it for myself in my Start my Day. When I decide to delegate I would find it very useful to be able to amend that description of the person I am sending it to.

Add keyboard shortcuts for everything.
I use software all day for work, and being able to do everything without taking my hands off the keyboard speeds everything up. Using the mouse slows things down and adds complexity.

Deadlines for Major Focus tab
To create sense of urgency towards ones's own Life Goals, adding a "Deadline" date field to Short, Medium and Long Term Focus'es would be a great feature.
It will:
- encourage the person to think ****** for adding more tasks for one's own goals,
- encourage to re-prioritize the brain dump, in favor of progress towards one's own goals,
- alert the person against overloading with "daily hassle" or "external requests" by reminding that what is really important in one's own life might be slipping away because of not holding to them as strong as one needs to.

being able to copy entries when getting reminders for deliberations
I often have a lot of items that i send to the mental lock box but want to be reminded of them later. So when filing the lockbox items it would be useful to be file mutlipe items at once into the lockbox with a reminder date rather than having to do each of them individually.

Have an option in the new Recurring Tasks feature to appear at intervals functionality.

Subtasks and comments in the other sections where editing tasks is possible (not just daily targets)
I think the subtasks and comments under Daily Targets are such an awesome feature. I would like to also have them available under Dream Catcher, Backwards Planner or Mental Lockbox.
As I am filling up tasks, I always almost want to be able to attach notes to them. I love this is possible in Daily Targets, but I'd like to be able to jot down notes whenever I am creating tasks in the Dream Catcher or Backwards Planner. I've also felt the need to add subtasks a few times. I also think the existing comments/subtasks should be preserved when moving…

Minor: being able to edit the target text right in the 'Stuff I Want' tab
Currently this is possible when setting it as short, medium or long term, but that's not sustainable or scalable when having multiple targets.

in daily tasks - keep the ability to prioritize if using HIME
see what the values are (high effort, high priority) and adjust accordingly if there's a tie, throughout the day

under delegated tasks, bundle items for each person
if i have 3 items for one person that i've delegated to them. the screen space taken up with those 3 items is huge. why not bundle the items together under that one name. saves screen space, and i dont have to scroll down through each line item.

ERROR - circular - engine rule - Strip Keyword/Phrase from Item - add move to target
For creating an eninge rule it is great that you have included the option "Strip Keyword/Phrase from Item". This is very useful and I prefer to leave this unchecked. When I now look at the item in the mental lockbox I have the option to move it to "dreamcatcher" but, of course, according to my rule it is then immediately moved back to the lockbox!!! Could we please have an option to move an item, or a whole category, from the lockbox to "daily targets" or, better still, to a place called "review next time I start my day" (that…

love the engines - thank you! Please make it possible to add a "review date" to a whole category - all items appear in your daily planner
It is sometimes tedious setting dates for each item in a category. We may have an entire category that we wish to review at a certain date, or at a recurring date (for example monthly or annually). On that date all the items in the category should come up for review. The makes it possible to have catgories like "conference reminders" or "August 2013" or "August - annual review" or "end of month" where the category will come up for review on the specified date (once or recurring as specified). Basically it is a simple idea... but i think this will be very useful and will motivate us to do more to reach the GOALS we define...

sticky notes
Small sticky note off to the side of My Day & My Life that stays with you as you navigate simpleology - for things like an inspirational message or other thing you want/need to keep in view everyday.
Or you could jot a note there that you want to remember to put into another tab of the simpleology system once you're finished with what you're currently working on.
