Export Daily Targets to Swipes or Any.do
Since Simpleology doesn't (yet) have an iOS offline version, it would be useful if one could export their Daily Targets to some other task list app like Swipes or Any.do.
This way, I always have my targets with me on my phone. (Although I can go old school and write them down on an index card, which is equally awesome :p)

posting directly to daily targets instead of dream catcher?
Would like to go directly to daily targets instead of through dream catcher. things come up through the day that need to be completed later in the day. I dont want to take the time of re-doing daily targets. What ever happened to the mobile app? Loved it and easy/convenient to use.

You can set up an Engine to route your Dream Catcher entries in a variety of ways, including the ability to move your Dream Catcher entries directly to your Daily Targets when added.

add a "make recurring" icon for the daily target items
there are icons for daily taget items like subtasks, comments and reminder. would be nice to see "recurring" icon so i dont keep marking things as recurring and having to go to lists to verify if its already on the recurring list
1 voteThis is indeed an option of the “Options Overlay”. That is, the black bar with white icons that appear when you mouse over a target. The fourth icon from the left is the “Make Recurring” icon that does exactly that when clicked. Hope that helps!

Make it available as a mobile app also. It's just not user friendly on a phone.
I've got the Samsung Note 3, biggest phone out there I guess. It's still a pain to use Simpleology on my phone.

How do I track responses that I'm waiting for, from others, so I can follow up if I don't hear back?
If I send a proposal to a client and I'm waiting to hear back, or they suggest that I circle back with them in a few months… Normally keep a "tickle" file to follow up with things like this. How do I do this using Simpleology?
3 votesHi Allison, you can do this by marking the item as “do later” and then putting in a reminder date. Then when you do Start My Day on or after that date it will be added to your Morning Brain Dump for you to consider whether you want to act on it :-)

Linking Daily Targets with Projects
within the daily targets, there already exists a system to have each task delegated, scheduled, do it latter and even moved to lists.
However if you look at that list, you can make as many lists topics and have a task move to a particular list of your choice.
If the projects section was also in that category, then you would simply brain storm your ideas. find them in daily targets section and from their move them into relevant projects.
I have spent the last 2 hrs on simpleology working this out. And worked out that if this was done…

Daily Targets allows you to drag-n-drop your tasks into any order you see fit. Using this feature, you could prioritize your tasks from top to bottom.

Give us the full spectum of colors for our labels. We need brightening up a bit. :)
The colors we have are, well, boring. If we could pick our own, we could have color motivation too. Thanks.
1 voteSimpleology Labels now allow you to select any color you’d like with a new convenient color-picker. Check it out!

Give the option to add an item right from the Daily Targets page
Sometimes I think of one more miscellaneous thing I have to do that day (follow up with someone via email, etc.) and in order to add it to my Daily Targets, I have to go to Start My Day and go through the entire filtering process. It would be great to have the option to add an item straight to the Daily Targets page. Thanks!

The ability to add list categories from any dropdown box
You should be able to add tags, list(s), etc from the dropdown boxed used to select them.. That way users do not lose focus when starting the day.. Like I have just done.. while looking for the list add feature, and writing this post..

App
Simpleology app available worldwide?
Hi guys: I'm an iPhone/iPad user and I'd love to have simpleology on my idevices. I see you have an app already, and I checked but it doesn't seem to be available in my region (I'm in New Zealand, and our iTunes doesn't seem to have half the apps that the US or UK versions do.)
Any suggestions?

Reusing "delegates".
When delegating the task, I do not want to enter the name& email of my assistant every time. Have a combo box of prior entered "delegates".

android app
The Wimiki tried to do too much. If it was redeployed as a Daily Target and Dream Catcher only app, it would be very useful and easier to keep current.

One-Click Transfer from Daily Target to Project
I often find that some of my daily targets (especially ones that come from observe and change) are easily converted into projects. Instead of having to cross out the daily target and create a new project from the projects tab from scratch, it would be nice to be able to move the Daily Target into Projects without all the steps currently required. One click transfer from Daily Target to Project.

Dream Catcher Window: When I open the Dream Catcher Window the cursor would already be in place so I don't have to take two actions.
Pretty clear from the basic description...saves a step in every new dream catcher window opening event

ability to input emails (or text #'s of assistants etc who we delegate to that will show on a drop down menu when we want to delegate a task
It is cumbersome to look up and input reoccurring emails for assistants. This would be a great timesaver.
1 voteIf you add your contacts to Simpleology Contacts – https://my.simpleology.com/#contacts – when you go to delegate a task and begin typing one of your contact’s name or email address, you will be “auto-suggested” options, allowing you to quickly delegate tasks without repetitive actions.
